These are the pictures for "Tanabe Festival", which take place on July.24th and 25th around Tokei-jinja shrine in Tanabe City,
just next to Nanki-Shirahama.
The Tanabe festival has more than 450 year's history.
During the festival, you can enjoy beautiful “Kasahoko" parade and the traditional festival "matsuri bayashi" music, and more
special ceremony in the town.
The best way to enjoy the festival is to wear "Yukata"(a casual summer kimono) and then join the festival.:)
During this festival period, Konichi-an will provide a special "Yukata" rental plan, included the transportation service to Tanabe
Festival(Pre-booking and the additional charge is required. Need to check-in by 16:30).

もう７月。 夏祭りの季節になりましたね！
南紀白浜の隣町の田辺市では、毎年７月２４日・２５日に、闘鶏神社の例祭・田辺祭が行われています。
田辺祭は４５０年余の歴史と伝統をもち、県無形民俗文化財にも指定されている古式ゆかしいお祭り…期間中は、旧城下の各商人町から「お笠」、京都の祇園祭のような笠鉾が練り歩き、どこからともなく祭囃子が聞こえてきて、街中がうきうきするような賑やかさです♪
流鏑馬式や暁の祭典など、見どころたくさんの雅なお祭りですが、なかでも、宵宮（７月２４日）の会津橋曳き揃えは、笠鉾の灯が川面に映りこむ情景が大変幻想的で美しく、夏の風物詩となっています。ぜひぜひ、見学にお越しください♪

祭りの両日とも、16:30までにチェックインしていただけるゲストさんには、別途有料で、浴衣レンタル&着付けと、現地までの送迎をセットにしたプランをご用意しております（要事前予約、人数制限あり）。
