When a family-guest is arriving at Konichi-an, especially with small children, I feel like I am their aunt or relative...as if to
welcome them back to home.😉
The mother of this family is one of my friends when I was in the university.
Her mother and sister also stayed Konichi-an with "Whole House Rental" plan for 2 nights, so we had enough time to chat over the
old days.
Their son, 6 year's old, loved the old Japanese style house very much, and excited about the small crabs in the
garden.
Sometimes a tiny little crab come into the entrance way and take a rest in the shoes. They are too small and it is unavoidable, it
might not be so comfortable for some other guests, but for him, it was so much fun!
He was always asking his mother; "isn't a crab in my shoes?".
Hopefully they relaxed and enjoyed their stay at Konichi-an, just like they visited their own relative's home in the
country-side. 🙂
ご家族での一棟貸切のご利用があったとき、特に小さなお子さん連れのときは、まるで田舎に帰ってくる親戚家族を迎えるようで、なんだかくすぐったい気持ちになります(^_−)−☆
ゲストさんは、オーナーの大学時代の友人で、一緒に図書館にこもって青春を過ごした仲間。
ご家族で、お母さまやお姉さまも一緒に、一棟貸切で2連泊してくれたので、ゆっくり昔話が出来て嬉しかった♡
6歳のボクちゃんは、昔ながらのおうちが気に入ったようで、走り回ってくれました♪
特に、好日庵の庭に住んでいる小さな蟹に大興奮！
時々、小指の先ほどの小さな小さな蟹が玄関まで入ってきて、靴の中で休憩していたりするものですから、びっくりされるゲストさんもいらっしゃるのですが、彼にとってはそれがなんとも珍しく、面白かったようです。お母さんに「靴に蟹いる？」てなんども聞いてました（笑）
夏の思い出の1ページになったかな？
田舎の親戚の家で夏休みを過ごしたかのように、リラックスして楽しんでいただけたなら本当に嬉しいです(*^^*)
