Today's Konichi-an.
The guests are in their rooms and taking a rest, it is very calm now and much cooler this evening. Autumn's on us!
When I was getting the rooms ready for today's guests, I noticed some vines with small white flower in the garden.
I don't know what flower this is, but I'm sure it is lovely, so I arranged it in a bamboo vase in the entrance.
I'm not good at arranging flowers, but flowers and plants are beautiful as they are, so I always very happy to welcome guests with
the season's blooms or plants.😉
The leaves might begin to change their color, I just can not wait to see the garden is gilded with an autumn
coloring. 🙂
今夜は、ゲストさんはもうお休みになって、聞こえるのは虫の声だけ…静かな夜です。
窓を開けていると、夜風が涼しい～。もうすっかり秋ですね。
今日のお花は、名前も知らないけれど、庭の木に蔓を巻きつかせて小さな白い花を咲かせていたのを、ちょっとだけ切り取って、エントランスでゲストさんをお迎えするお花に。
この蔓の無造作な感じが好きです♪ 自然の造形ってすごいなと思う瞬間。
好日庵には、芸術的で美しい生け花も、お花の心得もありませんが、庭の季節の植物をなるべくさりげなく生けて、ゲストさんをお迎えしたいなと思っています。
玄関を開けたときに、少し季節を感じていただけたり、心和んでいただけたらうれしいなあと。
庭の紅葉が色づきはじめるのももうすぐでしょうか。
これから、好日庵の庭が秋色に染まっていくのも待ち遠しいのです。
