■No.3 "Bar Gabou"("Thank You Coupon" participating restaurants)

“Bar Gabou”, is a nice dining & bar nearby “Chosei-no-Yu” hot spring, which offers good meals like “Yakuzen(medicinal cooking) curry”, pasta, some nice separate dishes, and a unique selection of wines.

Especially their Yakuzen curry is highly recommended, it is made carefully using different spices, a mixture of spices brings a unique taste, and creates an aroma that makes you salivate.

Using “Thank You Coupon”, you can get one "Yakuzen curry" per a coupon!

Mr.Yuta Shima, a young manager at Bar Bagou, he loves music and is good at playing guitar.

He can speak English and we have had a foreign guest who talked about Beatles with Yuta in English for hours! 😉

They also has various live music on every Saturday(sometimes unscheduled).

And "Chosei-no-Yu", is famous for its beautifying mineral waters, its clear spring waters contains sodium bicarbonate, the smooth and silky waters will make your skin beautiful.

It locates about 10 minutes drive from Konichi-an, but free shuttle is available from Konichi-an to "Chosei-no-Yu" hot spring(until 20:00).

Enjoying "Chosei-no-Yu" hot spring, eating Yakuzen curry and then chilling out at “Bar Gabou”, it might be a good option in Shirahama! 😉

■No.3 「バー我忘（がぼう）」

好日庵から一番近い天然掛け流し温泉、「長生の湯」の斜め向かい、「湯宿長生庵」の隣に位置する、隠れ家のようなダイニングバー。

JAZZが流れ、音楽好きなお客さんが集うお店です。

お店に入るとまず、スパイスの香りが鼻をくすぐり、カウンターにずらりと並ぶスパイスの瓶に目を奪われます。

そう、こちらのおすすめメニューは、こだわりのスパイスを使った「我忘特製薬膳カレー」なんです！

オーナーさんが試行錯誤を繰り返して完成させたという薬膳カレーには、約22種類のスパイスが絶妙に配合されていて、口に運ぶと、まずスパイスの香りが鼻に抜け、そしてチキンや野菜の旨みが口の中に広がりますよ♪

オーナーさんや女性スタッフはご不在のときもありますが、店長の「島さん」が常駐されています。

一見寡黙なバーテンダーですが、音楽に詳しいのはもちろん、とにかく話題が豊富で、島さんとの会話を楽しみにカウンターに座るお客さんが増えつつあるそう。また、お手すきのときなら、リクエストすればギターの生演奏が聞けるかもしれません♪
