A lovely couple from Wakayama-city, who stayed Konichi-an with whole house rental plan. After they enjoyed the stay at Konichi-an, they were going to Kushimoto-town, located around 1 hour drive from Konichi-an. In Kushimoto-town, you can visit the Natural Wonders like “Hashikui Iwa Rock” along the coast or “Umi-Kongo” in Oshima Island, which are listed in Yoshino-Kumano National Park. It is Japanese spiny lobster season now, and you can enjoy the big lobster set lunch at Kashino Gyokyo...

The friendly family from Hong Kong. The sister of the family runs a company in Hong Kong, and when check-in, she had an appointment with a local supplier in Konichi-an. After meeting, they were going to have a dinner together, they invited me to their dinner too! Originally they had listed their favorite restaurants in Shirahama, but all of them were not available, so I recommended my friend’s Izakaya restaurant, “Mar(大皿惣菜・まぁる)”. “Mar” is one of the famous Izakaya...
